cdma2000 Subscribers Pass 185.6 Mil. in 2Q '05

Recently released figures by the CDG (CDMA Development Group) show that the number of worldwide cdma2000 users grew by about 17 million in the second quarter of 2005, bringing the total to 185.6 million. In the Asia-Pacific region there were 92 million cdma2000 users at the end of the second quarter, while in Latin America the number stood at 15 million.
